When and how did you start your writing journey?

I cannot pinpoint when I started my writing journey. I do remember, however, that it was ignited by my passion for reading books. I was fascinated by how the stories were created and how the characters came to life on the pages. I wanted to be able to do that too.

From there, I started writing my own stories. It began as a hobby but has since grown into so much more. Writing is now a huge part of my life and I cannot imagine living without it.

What is your book all about?

Fundamentally, this book is meant for anyone who is serious about understanding the secret strategies and practical ideas of a few super-influential people and follow their footsteps to become successful.

Indeed, I can guarantee that, armed with some of the rare insights shared in this book, you would practically be able to achieve anything in your life, whatever goals – in career, love or relationship-related – you have set your heart on, as these insights will have a Midas touch, an overarching impact on your life and attitude.

The Entrepreneur Mindset offers proven techniques and actionable steps for entrepreneurs and companies to growth hack their success while creating an indispensable personal brand that people can relate to and remember for years to come.

What prompted you to write this book?

Writing a book is harder than I thought and more rewarding than I could have ever imagined. I had been nurturing the idea of writing this book for a very long time but it crystallized as soon as I finished my meeting with khalil Awadh, the General Manager of Majid Al Futtain Group that operates a chain of shopping malls, retail and leisure establishments in the MENA region.

I think I had better stories to tell. I've been through a lot in my life, both good and bad experiences. And I felt like I had something to say that could inspire other people. Maybe my stories could inspire someone to keep going, or help them see things in a new light.

Either way, I just wanted to share what I've been through and what I've learned. This book presents fundamental insights into entrepreneurship that are missing from much of the recent literature on the subject.

How was your pre-writing experience? What urged you?

It wasn't until a few years ago when I started working on my personal blog that I began to see the value in writing. Sharing my stories and my experiences has been therapeutic for me, and it has also allowed me to connect with people from all over the world who can relate to the experience I had in my professional career. Writing has become something that I enjoy now, and I'm always looking for new opportunities to share my stories.

How was your writing experience? Smooth or bumpy?

It was neither smooth nor bumpy but regardless of the experience, I enjoyed it. It was great to be able to explore different aspects of writing and to learn new techniques. I definitely had some struggles along the way, but that's all part of the learning process. In the end, I'm glad I stuck with it and finished sharing my experiences with people.

How much did your publishers contribute?

It's hard to say how much my publishers contributed to the process of writing my book. They were helpful in some ways, but not necessarily in others. For example, they provided feedback on early drafts of the book, which was helpful in shaping the final product.

I was really hoping my publishers would help me out more than they did. However, they didn't necessarily make the process any easier for me; it was still a lot of work to get the book finished.

What is the reaction of your family and friends to you writing this book?

Many of my family and friends were surprised that I wrote a book. They were even more surprised when they found out that it was about my professional career and a few instances about my personal life as well.

Some of them were very happy for me and said that they always knew I could do it. Others were awed by the fact that I had put my life into words.

Mention the people who supported you in this journey.

I want to give a shout-out to the people who supported me throughout my book writing journey: my parents, my wife and kids, and my friends. I couldn't have done it without them.

They were there for me every step of the way, cheering me on and offering encouragement when I needed it most. They believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. I'm grateful to have such a supportive network of people in my life.

How is your book going to impact the readers?

My book is going to inspire readers to see the world in a different, more positive light. The stories contained within will show them that it is possible to overcome any obstacle, no matter how insurmountable it may seem. These tales of hope and perseverance will stay with readers long after they have finished reading the book, and hopefully make them see their own lives in a new, more inspiring way.

Inspiration is at the core of every great book. Readers want to be transported to another world, or given a new perspective on the one they already inhabit. By turning the page, they should feel like anything is possible. Positivity is what allows readers to maintain hope in the face of adversity. In every great story, there are obstacles to be overcome and challenges to be faced. But with a little optimism, anything is possible.

How do you deal with negative comments if any?

If you ever find yourself on the receiving end of negative comments, it's important to address the concern with humility and kindness. Thank the person for their feedback and let them know that you're taking their comments into consideration. Let them know that you're sorry for any inconvenience they may have experienced. If the person is just trolling or being rude, it's best to ignore them.

Who are your literary mentors and role models?

Richard Branson, Tom Hopkins, and Russell Brunson are all literary mentors and role models. Branson is the founder of the Virgin Group, Hopkins is a best-selling author and sales trainer, and Russell Brunson is a marketing expert. All three men have achieved success in their fields and have written extensively on their experiences. They are all great sources of inspiration for anyone looking to achieve success in business or writing.

And of course my English teacher is one of my literary mentors and role models. She has taught me so much about literature and writing, and I know that I would not be the writer I am today without her guidance. She is always challenging me to push myself and try new things, and her support has been invaluable. I know that I can always go to her for help and advice, and I owe a lot of my success as a writer to her.

What are your upcoming writing ventures?

I am planning to write another mindset book in the near future. This book will be different from my first book in that it will focus more on the positive aspects of having a growth mindset. I want to show people that change is possible and that they can achieve their goals if they set their minds to it. I believe that this message will resonate with many people and help them to make positive changes in their lives.

Any piece of advice for our aspiring writers?

If you want to be a writer, the most important thing is to be consistent. Write every day, even if it's just for a few minutes. The more you write, the better you'll get at it. It's also important to be determined. Don't give up if your first few attempts don't succeed. Keep trying and eventually you'll find your voice. Be determined to finish whatever you start, no matter how long it takes. And don't forget to have fun!
